The VTCT Level 3 Award in Nutrition for Physical Activity is a qualification that has been designed to enhance your knowledge of nutrition for physical activity.   


In this qualification you will develop your knowledge and understanding of the principles of nutrition, key guidelines, nationally recommended practice, the relationship between nutrition and physical activity, how to collect and use nutritional information, and the principles of nutritional goal setting. You will also develop the skills and techniques needed to collect and analyse nutritional information, and apply nutrition to an exercise and physical activity programme in support of client goals.

Successful completion of this qualification will enhance your employability within the sport and active leisure industry and is recognised as Continuing Professional Development (CPD) by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).

The total qualification time for this course is 40 hours.


On successful completion of this course, you will achieve:  

  • VTCT Level 3 Award in Nutrition for Physical Activity (RQF - Ofqual Regulated)

We are accredited by the IICT and IPHM to ensure your certification is recognised internationally.  


The cost of this course is £150.00  Awarding body registration, assessment, and certification fees are an additional £75.00.  A separate invoice for awarding body fees will be sent within 6 weeks of enrolment.


Assessment is via written assignments that you complete.
