We run four levels of Nutrition courses, to suit everyone's needs.

Our foundation course is the VTCT Level 3 Award in Nutrition for Physical Activity.  If you work in sport or fitness and are looking at giving your clients some additional nutritional advice this is the ideal starter course for you.

Our RSPH Level 4 Certificate in Nutrition for Physical Activity & Sport gives you additional knowledge so that you can offer a broader range of advice to a wider range of clients, including younger and older people.   At this level, we also cover Sports Programming and Specific Needs Nutrition.

At Level 5 we offer a Nutrition Adviser Diploma.  Here we also look at Supplementation, Lifestyle Management, and Gut Health.  This course also contains the RSPH qualification.

Our highest level course is the TQUK Level 6 Diploma in Health Care and Nutritional Therapy.   This degree-level course will qualify you to become a Nutritional Therapist, and you can use Nutrition to treat a wide range of illnesses and health conditions.

For each course there are no entry requirements, you do not need to start with the lower levels, you can if you choose, go straight to Level 6 if you wish to work as an autonomous Nutritional Therapist.

Our courses are fully online, via e-books, audio, video and webinars, and are designed to be studied for approximately 6 to 8  hours per week, though you can work through at your own pace.
